Our Online Customer Support includes:

  • An online response to any reported issue or question within 24 hours during published support hours.  Learners and instructors complete the online support form to report an issue or ask a question. Alternatively, you can always email us at support@ametroslearning.com
  • We offer 24 hour access to instructor and learner frequently asked questions (FAQs). We provide 24 hour access to instructor and learner simulation support tools.
