Business Strategy - Meraki eCommerce

About this module

In this experiential learning module on Business Strategy, the learner takes on the role of a senior manager of the e-commerce merchandising team at a large grocery store chain called Meraki. The company is one of the largest food retailers in the country and continues to expand its services in food retail, nutrition, clothing, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

Due to shifting trends in e-commerce post-pandemic, the learner will need to help the company accelerate e-commerce as a priority. As they progress in the experience, the learner will encounter a challenge with the cloud solutions team. They will need to evaluate the company’s current capabilities and assess options for solutions based on the company’s needs.
